A few of my favorite things...

untraditional bridesmaids dresses
loving yellow
loving yellow and black even more
everyone MUST have a Clarisonic Mia
caprese salad, need I say more?
Fav fall look, Corduroy Pants

Ok so this post is all over the place, but it's Friday and I can do what I want on Fridays! The first three photos are event or bridal related. I love the first photo of all the bridesmaids in their own dresses, so unconventional, but looks awesome I think.  Then again I'm not miss traditional so I like it, but others may not. The next two photos are of yellow tables, for some reason I'm going through a big yellow phase, I guess because I've been looking at a lot of my friends summer wedding photos and the yellow just seems to stand out and make the photos pop over any other color. I like the different colors you can combine with yellow such as the light green and the black.

The next three photos are just a few of my favorite things, the Clarisonic Mia, every woman needs this product my skin is so amazing since I began using this. The caprese salad, my favorite summer treat, I could eat this for lunch and dinner EVERY day. The last photo is of some J.Crew corduroy pants, I was so excited this trend was back for fall 2010.  Have a great weekend friends and followers!

Artichoke and Bouquets

Who would have thought those oddly shaped artichoke could look so beautiful. I was looking for new ideas for my blog post today and came across some photos of artichokes in flower arrangements. I decided to further research this idea and came across some amazing photos. A perfect idea for the fall and a creative spin on the typical event flower arrangement! I'm so excited my online searching took me to these photos!

Summer Treats

I found some fun summer food and drink ideas for any party. I loved the chilled green pea and mint soup with the heart, I think it is simple yet beautiful and fun. I also loved the BLT sandwich, since BLT's are one of my favorite foods, the lemonade adds a touch of color and creativity.  As well as the cherries, which we all know living in the NW how good in season cherries can be, I just love the little tin cans they are served it, it is a cheap creative way to serve up some treats. Lastly, the milk and cookies are such a great idea, after a night of dancing there is nothing like a after party treat of milk and homemade cookies. I'm sure any catering business would be glad to make these and it would be very inexpensive.

Business Update: Things are getting on their way, my website should be up in September, I just can't wait! Working with Sara Nelson designs has been such a delight and I'm so excited to see the finished product!
